2009 FloCAS Exhibition Catalog
Exhibition catalog for the 2009 FLoCAS Juried Exhibition. The third-annual exhibition contained artwork created by MFA students from Florida State University, the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, and travelled between each of the three universities during the show’s run. You can flip through the catalog on Issuu.
Because the exhibition focused on a juried sampling of works from each university, I explored the concept of ‘bookmarking’ each artist’s work(s) within the catalog, creating 15 x 15 ‘pixel’ downsamples of each image and organizing the table of contents with blocks of color from each image rather than conventional numbering.
