Practical Preparedness Infographics
A broad series of Infographic-style illustrations created for the Practical Preparedness Video Series by artist Ellen Mueller. Each series of illustrations were based on the themes presented within the corresponding video, and maintained an often awkward marriage of International Symbols, realism, intentional ambiguity and humor.
I often try to add ‘Easter Eggs’ to illustrative content, and within this project I was able to add references to Earthworm Jim, Resident Evil and Ren and Stimpy. Illustrations were created in Illustrator, the placed onto a still of the empty set and exported from Photoshop.
